Clémentine Bühl is a policy analyst specialized in the field of ocean governance. She joined Europe Jacques Delors’ team in February 2024 to contribute to the elaboration of an European Ocean Deal.
Previously, Clémentine did a traineeship at the Embassy of France in the United States in the Ecology, Sustainable Development, Transport and Energy unit. She worked on the American stance of the EUDR and the potential overrule of the Chevron doctrine. Clémentine also worked as an intern at the European Environmental Bureau (EEB) in Brussels on nuclear energy and hydrogen.
Clémentine holds a Master degree in European governance at Sciences Po Grenoble as well as a Master’s of Science in Management at Grenoble Ecole de Management.
She is fluent in French, English and Spanish.
