Elena Schneider joined Europe Jacques Delors in October 2024 as Junior Policy Analyst for green industrial policy.
Prior to this, Elena completed a Blue Book traineeship with the advisory service of the President of the European Commission, I.D.E.A., where she contributed to strategic analyses on the European Green Deal.
Elena holds a dual Franco-German Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in International and European Governance from Sciences Po Lille and University of Münster. During her studies, she specialized in European climate policies, interning with the German federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Climate Action, the European Department of the International Association of Public Transport (UITP), and a Member of Parliament. Elena also worked as student research assistant at the Chair for Global Environmental Governance at the University of Münster.
Elena is fluent in German, English, and French.
